After spending 80 days as monk animist, I could not resist the chance to get an instant reinc with relatively low reinc tax (1.6% or so). Although, even with low tax, the reinc took all the exp I had gained this week, so the weekly summary was only about 200k on positive side.

It took me quite lot of pondering to decide which combo to take next. The choices were the traditional ones:

• human full monk and full tarmalen with navigators, but without animist levels
• human merchant alchemist
• elf riftwalker channeller

In the end, I decided to go with the riftwalker channeller as I had made quite lot of preparations for it already. And I am not totally out of salves and potions yet.

Channeller guild quests

As with every channeller reinc, you need to redo your guild quests. Thanks to rift entities, one can actually solo all of the (known) quests. Here is example from The slap (tm)!:

At the time of the writing (one day after reinc), I have done 8 guild quests:

Full tree navigator

In this reinc, I took 3 tree navigator levels and maxed out Tree herding skill (100%). With my current reputation, it allows me to have 26 trees (improvement from previous 22 with 81% skill) and 8 trees per continent.

I immediately planted one tree to Moonrind at Laenor and asked from Nosunrise if he could free his tree spots for me. He did that and now I have three trees at Furnachia as well.
